Floral dresses have become a year round staple, but they've had quite the moment towards the end of 2016. I think this trend will hold strong this year, especially for the spring and summer seasons. (Topshop, $98)
One of the most popular items at my job are white low tops- specifically classics like Adidas Superstars (or "shell toes") and Converse. They go with almost any casual look, so they will for sure remain an essential in 2017. (Urban Outfitters, $80)
Celebrities such as Pia Mia and Ariana Grande have been seen sporting fur jackets both on and offstage. These bold statement pieces can be dressed up or down, giving them potential to be huge this year. If you're on a budget or you're a vegan/vegetarian, faux fur is a solid alternative. (Hollister, $30)
Chokers were huge in 2016, so there's no way this trend will die down anytime soon. These accessories can be elaborate statement necklaces or simple like the 90s tattoo style. With all the different styles to choose from, there's something for everyone. (Lulu's, $13)
Another 90s throwback is velvet. This elegant style has been prominent at many red carpet events, and has worn by models such as Hailey Baldwin. This gorgeous skirt is inexpensive and perfect for any winter event. (Boohoo, $16)
